DESCRIPTION:L’état biophysique de la terre se dégrade\, la destruction et l’exploitation de la nature\, l’érosion de la biodiversité ne cessent de s’accroître. Ces différents constats largement partagés interrogent notre place dans la nature et notre relation aux autres espèces vivantes\, et plus largement au monde que nous regardons le plus souvent comme extérieur à nous. Faut-il changer le droit pour donner des droits à la nature ? Nous nous interrogerons sur la postérité de l’idée de Contrat naturel formulée par Michel Serres en 1990 pour tenter d’y répondre.
